As always, Dr. Mottenen took time to listen to answer questions, and to care. She is such a wonderful person and doctor!

Everything was excellent but the waiting time this time. Curbside pickup is still in place, and it seems that there s a lot of extra time taken to get pets to and from, and into and out of, the cars. Our dog was taken inside about 20 minutes after the appointment time, which seemed like a long time waiting in the car before she was seen. It was a busy day and I m sure that everyone was working as quickly as they could. It s just something that isn t their fault, but the curbside pickup seems to make things take longer. I would like to compliment the entire staff for being courteous on the phone and in person. During the appointment, Dr Mottonen called us to discuss an issue our dog was having, and she was knowledgeable, caring and patient as usual. She s our favorite vet we ve ever had out of many. Thank you to all who took care of us that day.

I am not happy with your offices’ continued policy of niot letting owners accompany their pet to the appointment. While the Dr was very thorough over the phone, it is not an acceptable replacement.

Both of my visits with my dog were effortless and cost friendly. The front of the house staff is very helpful and kind. Both vets I have worked with have taken as much time as I need to understand what they are doing and what I need to do at home. I will always take my animals here even after I move further away. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness to me and my dog, Cooper.

The staff makes sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed prior to seeing my dog, then called right after procedure and discussed in detail what was done and my dog did. Then the next day they called to ask how is my dog doing and if we had any other concerns or questions. They truly care about the well being of my pet.

We are still assessing wet can protein-based cat food to supplement the dry we are offering Cinder Would like to know when we deliver Cinder on 11/27 for teeth cleaning what the frequency is for this procedure?
