It would ve been nice to be able to come into the office. It s understandable that the exam rooms were full, but we wish we were at least given the option to wait until one was empty. We had a list of things we wanted to talk to the doctor about but it was too much to quickly sum up to the associate in the parking lot.

The Vets are AWESOME! They always take their time to explain what’s going on and what options are available. I’ve never felt rushed or like I was being difficult for asking so many questions. It’s never easy getting in on short notice, but that’s understandable given how good the docs are.

The whole process was convenient and safe. The staff were wonderful, as always.

DR Melissa Mottonen is the best, she really knows her craft, and is willing to take the time to answer all questions, and to make sure we understand her answers. She is indeed a credit to Arlington Park Vet Hospital and they should be grateful to have her in their organization.
