When I arrived to pick up from groomer the provider was tied up with a customer having some issues. I had the dog but had to wait a while to pay. Multiple associates but no other computer to take a payment? Other customers arrived with their pets and were put in rooms right away. I know you take payments at other computers. Thanks

I really appreciated that Dr Riley took the time to follow up every day with us personally. We were very worried and his calls were very reassuring.

Low marks on waiting time but understood there was an emergency.

I called the prior week for the appointment with Dr Reiter for the following Monday. Girl on phone said she entered the appointment so I was surprised when I arrived for the appointment to be told I don t have one. However, Dr Reiter was able to fit me in right away which I appreciated since I ve been a long time client.

I just love this place. Everyone feels like family. I had my Pom groomed here and she is very skidish.. the groomer took time with her and she came home ready for the red carpet. Totally pleased with all their services..

would rather talk to vet doctor on Test that need to be done and ones that don t

I was disappointed with the grooming. My dog sheds just as much the day after being groomed and shed-exed as he did the day before. I wasn t going to bother to say anything, but since you re asking me now, it seemed inappropriate for the cashier to ask me ifI wanted to tip,. I had not even seen my dog (to decide whether the job was over the top, deserving of additional payment), and this is not my first time there, but I have never seen the groomer. If you need to raise the price, then raise it. But asking for a tip seems rude.

Groomer did great on making my dogs just as I wanted.

Dr. Reiter really makes me feel comfortable and I feel confident in his abilities.
