I am very happy with all of the services and expertise. However,sadly, we will probably have to change vets because we cannot afford the payments. Recently we asked about a teeth cleaning and was quoted $500. Another vet said $260. That is too much of a difference. So sad for sure! Hempen

Everyone was very kind, but I felt like Everything was a sales pitch. We payed more than double what we have payed for any of our animals in the past anywhere else. And the cost we were given initially was $200 more than we were led to believe it would be. That is why we won t go back or suggest them to anyone else.

I waited 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Scheduled time was 10 didn t get in a room until 10:40- swift treatment then. I would have appreciated a more realistic/upfront estimate. I understand things come up and it is hard to tell how long it mght be... I could have gone home, walked my dog, or run an errand and still been back.

I have been a client for almost 2 years now. I realize there are a lot of expenses to having dogs. I was told my 2 year old dog needed a dental. I was quoted $520 which I agreed to even though this is quite a bit of money to spend on a dental. When I arrived to pick her up, the bill was $576. I was told that a baby tooth needed to be pulled and because of this she needed an anti-inflammatory medicine, also. I really felt that they were looking for something to charge me more money. It was very frustrating as I go to Bentley for vet services, grooming and boarding. I felt I was being nickeled and dimed and that an unnecessary procedure was being performed just to charge me more money. I do not feel this is good customer service. I am unsure if I will return. By trying to get $50 out of me, they may have lost a customer who was using 3 services that they provide.

This was an emergency trip. Lacey was better by the next day! We thought she had an infection, turns out, it was allergies! A shot and some eye drops, and whatever other magic vets know!

Charging for quick follow-up examinations is a practice I have not encountered with other veterinary offices. I feel it is inappropriate to charge another examination fee for a quick follow-up.
