One suggestion, being an owner of a large dog, it would be easier to settle the bill before my pet was brought out. Hard to control her, & pay the bill at the same time.

Dr. Appelbaum and his staff are always friendly and eager to help. When being told how to give our pets meds we were shown by the Dr. but couldn t do it ourselves. Our hands aren t as large. If we have a question and call the office we receive answers quick. Thank for all that you do. Our four kitties and the Taylor s are grateful.

I love Dr Appelbaum and how when we come to see him no matter the issue, he is very thorough and doesn t rush or make us feel like he s in a hurry. We really appreciate the time he takes with us. The reason I answered 4 on the amount of time we waited is because we were in the waiting room for 35 minutes before being taken into the exam room. This is not a huge problem. But wasn t as timely as it has been in the past.
