Time and time again Dr. Appelbaum and the wonderful staff help our four legged family members in a caring and compassionate manner. We are ever so grateful! Our concerns are always taken seriously and our requests considered. I was allowed to sit in the back with my sick pup while she received IV therapy just to give her company. Even though I was in the way of the staff’s other duties, they kindly worked around me and treated me with respect. This is only one example of their excellent customer service! I could write a whole book! Thank you AAC for treating us like family.

They did a great job cleaning Sadie Sue s teeth. So white. Wished I could get my teeth that white for the price. Ha Ha.

This was the first time we used the grooming services. Grooming was perfect!

I brought my dog in for grooming at 7:30 am. He was barely ready to be picked up at 5:30 pm. While the service and people are great, this wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I expected a phone call by 3 pm at the latest. We will bring him back for appointments, but we will only try once more for grooming.

I feel extremely comfortable with all of your staff and am so grateful to have such a great place to leave Jessie whenever I have to go out of town. Thank you so much. Arlene Elston
