The waiting time was very long BUT we were fine with it and understood completely because of several emergencies. We opted to stay and everyone was very nice and communicated with us in regard to the delays. Staff even went further and discounted my bill, which was very generous.

Dr. Hallam had an emergency, I was only getting a booster shot for Charlie, after waiting 40 minutes I asked if someone else could give him the shot and another Dr. came in immediately. I would have appreciated if someone gave me that option without having to wait for 40 minutes.

Have been going to Tri-State and Dr. Hallam since it opened. Dr. Hallam is an excellent Surgeon and Vet. Her staff is excellent and I would not go to any other Vet.
