I was very pleased with the service the staff gave to my dog. My dog is very important to me n it felt good to see the staff treat my dog with such care

We are always pleased with Tri State Vets.Everyone is very nice, caring and compassionate.

I have been SO impressed with Dr. Barnhorst. She was able to come up with a rather esoteric diagnosis for my beloved Doberman, and although she ultimately had to be put to sleep, Dr. B fought hard for her, and grieved her loss with me. (And I was so surprised and touched by the paw print). And now, another of my dogs has presented with a challenging set of symptoms, and I feel sure Dr. Barnhorst will figure this one out, as well. [Hopefully with a happier outcome]. And I really appreciate being spoken to as an educated person, and having my observations and input considered!

I continue to receive excellent care for my animals and friendly caring service .

Waited 45 minutes past appointment to see vet even though I arrived 15 minutes early. Vet asked me if I wanted them to cut my dog s nails, but I wasn t aware it was going to cost money.

Compassionate and caring -from the call I got offering me an earlier appointment with no waiting (my boy has difficulty breathing when he gets too excited waiting)to the kindness the staff and Dr. Jairo treated Bosco with - Thank you all - especially Dr. Jairo!

As always the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Barnhorst who takes the extra time to answer any questions and discuss the health and well being of my pet.

I have been using this vet for years and have yet to be disappointed. I have had to use other vets a few times in emergency situations, and have also heard stories from acquaintances regarding other vets, all of which lead me to believe I have a great thing going with TriStates. I trust having my animals here, and will continue to use them.
