All of the staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Byrd took her time with Jade and was not rushing and took the time to answer all of my questions so I understood the test results clearly.

My dog was recently fixed and he had a couple complications after they were SO helpful and called me everyday checking on him and even saw him again with no charge. They are always helpful and answer my many questions with options for me to choose. So glad I choose them to look after my baby!

I was extremely happy with everything concerning our first visit to Animal Hospital of Kannapolis. The Dr took her time to exam our dog and to explain our options concerning his care. I am very satisfied.

This office is the best. The staff is always sweet and friendly. Dr Byrd and Dr Duty are so very attentive and fully attentive to our pets and their needs. They have always called later in the week to check on our pets and make sure meds, etc., are working. I love this clinic.
