Loved my first time there and meeting with Dr. Miller

We saw Dr. Grimes at the last minute as an emergency patient with a sick dog. Dr. Grimes was thorough, and informative and very personable. She diagnosed our dog and told us what to expect and requested that we call her in a week with information as to how Lily was doing. We were most impressed.

My only critique is that is takes several weeks to get a grooming appointment.

Dr. Miller is a great vet! She listened to my concerns and correctly diagnosed the problem with Shelly. Gentle and caring!

Dr. Miller is very attentive and we appreciate her love for animals in general! We have known her family for many many years. She certainly has made family and friends very proud! She told me when she was very young, I am going to be a Veteranarian. And she IS????

Our dog Doug is always taken care of so well! He loves the vet and everyone that works there!

I recently moved to the Hoover area. Thank You so much for accommodating my special request about BoBo s first grooming with you. That was very important to me. We ll see you later this Summer with another visit with BoBo to get cut again. He looks great with his short clip! Linus is my other sweet dog and he ll be in for his yearly soon. Thanks again! Kay

I think I did it right. It is all 5 stars indeed great people and great vet been around and me and my family have always used them as we believe trusting is hard to earn and they are trustworthy.

Can t get this to work but you all rock. Never have a problem getting in, people are always helpful and friendly, billing makes sense (and people explain when asked dumb questions) and the office is very clean & neac.

Very professional service. Our dog, Sophie, was not nervous at all. Dr. was very gentle and friendly with her. We highly recommend Altadena Valley Animal Clinic.
