My first time with Sasha, having just moved into the area. The staff were caring and listen to me, curbside was streamlined effectively, I got a call explaining the results from both the Doctor and the bather, were extremely nice and seemed to care for Sasha. I will make Altadena our new vet and groomer, and plan on bringing our Yorkie, Aubie, too.

Since Dolly is only coming for half day play and Friday enrichment I can really not answer most of these questions. The staff I spoke with were very nice and professional but there was a little confusion about forms to sign out,etc.but y’all called me back and we are good to go! No problems! I would really like to see where Dolly hangs out when she is there and meet who is leading playgroups,??. I know with Covid-19 it’s hard. In an older mother???? Thanks, Ellen and Dolly Francis

As always just a great experience

I understand that precautions need to be taken because of Covid, but I don’t particularly care for not being able to be in the exam room while my dog is being seen. I usually have questions to ask during the exam. I forget some of the questions when I wait in the car. But I trust the Vets & staff at Altadena.

It is worth the 30 minute drive to take Mabel to the Altadena Animal Clinic! She is always very happy when she comes back and gets excited to go! Everyone is so kind and they make sure we understand everything that is going on with Mabel! They make sure we don’t have any questions and try their best to answer any questions we do have!

Best vet experience ever!!

I don’t know how you could be better. Please don’t change. Don’t go for glitz and more tech.
