Angie is a WONDERFUL groomer! She does an amazing job. She calls on every appointment to clarify what I would like done and cosmo just loves her.

The groomer did a great job coloring Harley Jane’s tail. Definitely will be back for other colors! ??

So impressed with you guys! I recently moved to Birmingham from Mobile Bay with my retired greyhound. I called at 7:00am for a new patient appointment for her. I was desperate and she was sick. Amy invited to drop my dog off anytime that same morning! We stopped by at 7:20 on my way to work. She day boarded with a bath and a vet visit. When I came to pick her up, she was happy and relaxed, the same as she was at her old vet in Mobile (she loved them and would pull to go inside like we were at the pet store). Dr. Grimes was very available and spent a ton of time with me on the phone. All the staff I met were professional and very complimentary of my dog (always makes my heart happy). Thank you for eagerly making things convenient for me and for being so kind throughout. Looking forward to our return visits!

They did a great job clipping the nails of our cat that does not like to have the done!

Dr. Grimes was first-rate in explaining what was going on with Sukey. And the haircut is again just perfect. Ive clicked on the stars and don t see that the clicks took. All 5s.

Sukey was better off after her visit than in any previous experience when people “messed with her.” She was actually pretty calm upon return, and she did seem to enjoy sleeping in her carrier that night. I’m grateful for the pick up and delivery and delighted with the friendly staff. She has pulled the hair out of a half dollar sized spot behind her neck, and I didn’t see any sign of damage when she came or sign of a later bite there. If she’s keeps up pulling it, I’ll call to get her back in. Thanks much.
