I was waiting long enough to check my watch. Not as long as seeing my PCP though. Just something to try and improve on. Dr. Grimes makes up for it with her time and conversation. She has a GREAT table side manor! I do appreciate the way the dialogue goes both ways. Dr. Grimes does an excellent job of prompting questions from the patient s owner as well as listening to the answers given and suggesting advice and direction.

We have a new kitten in our family. Our initial visit was on time and pleasant. We had to make an appointment a week later to be seen for a respiratory infection. We were fit in the same day to suit our schedule and taken care of promptly. The doctors and assistants are friendly and attentive. Kitty is feeling better and we have scheduled our next appointment. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Office renovation in progress. Very convenient location.

We moved to this clinic from another one....Altadena Valley is ALWAYS happy to see you , kind and compassionate...from the front desk to the vet techs and including the doctors. Wish we had made the move years ago. Our dog never minds going!
