Sparky little leg is better today after getting his shot, was stiff all that day,and was living,good today so far

When I first walked in and stood in front of the reception desk, I was completely ignored, which I felt was rude. The person at the centre desk didn t even look up to acknowledge my presence or to say they or someone else would be with me shortly. After a minute or so I simply sat down, and soon another person came out to reception and addressed me. From that point on, I was perfectly happy with the way the staff interacted with me.

I felt lime the the doctor really cared about Charlie s well-being

The staff was extremely welcoming and have been really helpful at explaining their procedures to me as a first time dog owner. I will definitely be recommending them to other pet owners I know.

My dog has a leg injury. Physical exam less than 2 minutes. No diagnostics offered - just..give him this med 1x day, come back in a week if he s not better. Well, he is still suffering. I thought the visit and advice was very callous.

at times would like to be heard for example snuffles she needed to be check for the sound in here throat for defect like olter sound she s healthy, poop well, when she s excited that when it starts ive been ready on healthy eating seem to help with her condition not sure if she was born like that or something stuck in the passes there

Airport Animal Hospital has always been so efficient, competent, and accommodating. We ‘love’ Dr. Bassi and Dr. Sidhu, and in the past year I have met Dr. Melissa, whom I really liked. The best! Very good visit with Peach cat, and very pleased:)

First time ever at a vet and boom was quick and painless! Our kitty didn’t even flinch with his vaccines! Exam was thorough and informative. I’m totally confident in their abilities to neuter the little guy at the next app. Thanks again would highly recommend!

I really appreciated the follow up call that I received the day after my girl s dental surgery. It shows that they really care.

I know it is a very busy office but every time I phone I either get a recording or Iam put on hold. I do not blame staff but perhaps they need more help. The day I had an appt I phoned to let them know I was outside and 5 min late for the appt but I could not get through to let them know I was there so I went to the door which was locked and knocked then went to the window and knocked several times. It was very cold out and both my dog and I were freezing. If we could at least get through the first door and out of the weather I think it would be better. Other than that issue I feel Max is getting excellent care from Dr Paul and he is very patient with me helping me to understand Max’s health issues.

Not so easy if you don t have a cell phone to call when you get there.

I understand that due to Covid I couldn t go in with my dog while she was getting her examination & needles, but I had a few issues I wanted to discuss with the Dr. & found that my questions weren t answered sufficiently. I listed my concerns before she went in with the Dr. but still had to ask him when she was brought out, which made me think he didn t register my concerns, as I wasn t in the room with them. I found the appointment extremely fast & I m concerned my questions weren t taken in consideration. I was pushed to buy diet food instead of getting my questions answered properly.

When I went to pick up some medicine for my cat last month, I wasn t told about an extra 20$ that I would have to pay ON the actual appointment day. When the time came to pay on the day, the lady hadn t apologized. Instead of asking me what I needed 5o do calmly, she said that I will HAVE to pay the 20$ next time I go. I felt stressed out the whole time at the desk. ?? ????

Super friendly and informative just wish I had an opportunity to speak with the vet about the conditions my dog has, but I also understand because of COVID-19 it is hard

Everything good except for the unclean floor. I wasn t there but that should be best taking care of.
