Friendly staff , clean office.

When I called in to book appointment, it would help to let us know what the process is to get in. It was difficult to call to be let in after I was already at the door with my dogs.

Something got mixed up when I booked my appointment to have my pets fixed, so it was not entered into the system, and when I arrived, they had zero availability. All staff were very polite, and did their best to look into things for me. The following day, they ended up having a cancellation, and were kind enough to fit me in last minute (even though they had NO obligation to do so!)!!! The service was great, all staff were very kind, understanding, and willing to answer my questions. The surgeries went great! Thank you!!!

Vet was rushed and didn’t give any advice as to pets condition.

We were not told ahead of time that we would need to phone upon arrival, and without having a cell phone, it was somewhat confusing. Thank you for getting us a new patient appointment quickly.

I can’t answer the question cause my husband was a the appointment ,but I know it took a long time before he was served appointment at 1:30 he was there for over an hour , way to much , and the price (cost ). very high .

The covid procedures that are in place should be explained to the clients when they make an appointment. I had to wait outside in the cold for 15 mins before someone answered the phone and came to unlock the door. I understand that you have to have these procedures in place, it just would have been nice to know them before I came to the door and it was locked. Otherwise very pleased with the service I recieved that day.

I’m finding that the prices have changed. I was getting pushed to get a lots of test done and the cost was very high.

I found high roll over on front desk. Staff young, spends a lot of time socializing with one another and on personal phones.

Although getting an appointment was relatively simple, waiting to get into the building on the date of our visit was frustrating.

Great service as always. We understand how covid affects the flow of traffic in and out of the hospital and respect that.

I think visits cost enough and some spend a lot on vets, I really don’t think it is fair or necessary to charge almost $15 to fax a prescription to a pharmacy for my pet when I live over an hour away and then to not put refills on them when my pet will be on them for life.

Very satisfied with the service. Dr. Bassi was very good with our pets. Friendly, courteous staff.

When I arrived at the clinic the door was locked. When I called, no one answered even though 4 people were sitting at the desk. It is cold outside. The voice mail stated “please don’t leave a message to keep the line free for people needing the on-call vet”. When someone did open the door it was to let someone else out and I went in and waited. My experience is that staff at the desk do not acknowledge you even if it is to say “someone will be with you, please take a seat “ etc. It feels like the staff at the desk do not see this as their job.

My only complaint is having to call to get in the building. Otherwise, great service!

Before the client leaves please make the recheck if everything on the list such as medication. Food.. they forgot my dog medication and the clerk sais she wasn’t aware. But on the receipt said i paid for medication. The clerk should have check before me paying.-and leaving. I live out of North Bay . Then she asked me to come back and get them. This shouldn’t of happened . I really lie the clinic. I didn’t like what happened.

Dr Boyle took the time to listen to me and explain different treatment options. I didn t feel rushed out and I appreciate that very much

My appointment was for 9:30 I phoned to inform that I was there. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, no one came back. I phoned again told the lady that I was on hold for 19 minutes and please don t put me on hold again as I have an emergency appointment at 9:30 and it was already 9:30. She met me at the door, let me in and brought me to an examining room. The cost was never explained and the person who put my payment through was not pleasant. A simple have a nice day goes a long way!
