Try to find the people who is on low income or ODSP and want to make the instalment payment will make things easier as I do want to keep my puppy healthy but budget is sure hard so that s about it

I was very pleased with my first visit to your animal hospital. The staff was pleasant and thorough. Clean!!! That impresses me. The cost for Sawyer s neuter was awesome. I live in Sudbury and cannot afford the exuberant costs of the vets here. Dr. Bassi was friendly and very helpful in explaining the fees. Thank you for the wonderful first experience! I prefer to deal with Dr.Sidhu(spelling). I have just never clicked with the other doctor and I seem to get him most of the time.That is the only reason for the 4 stars on queston #2.

My appointment was late and although the person had an emergency drop in it wasn’t vital/urgent. ( the dogs monitor was registering improperly). Although I understand- no one let me know that was the reason ( she was loud) and I don’t believe her appointment warranted priority. Maybe having certain times during the day allotted for these cases would prevent delays for scheduled appointments.

Still waiting for an estimate for cleaning teeth.

Not happy regarding the removal of the stitches. I have had many pets who have had surgery. I never had to use hydrogen peroxide with any of them. I was only told to do so weeks afrer the surgery. All other times, it was just a matter of removing the stitches. This time the incision had not healed at all.

I always feel comfortable bringing my pet to the Airport Animal Clinic. All staff are professional, and take the time to answer any questions I may have (in person and on the phone). I love how at ease the veterinarian’s are with my pet - it puts me at ease. Thank you!

Dr Bassi is always pleasant with us and Lucy the Drama Queen . Lucy s problem was addressed.....hopefully the medication works for her.

We where treated not very well. We where very judged when we brought in our litter of puppies for their shots. No vody wanted to help us even after the tests came back negative. That was my worst visit there.

Dr. Bassi was very thorough and explained everything. He seemed to be needed in surgery as the staff came in twice. This did not phase him nor did he rush through our appointment. Thank you very much.

Staff were great and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. From the time I showed up to the time I left. Everyone was great friendly helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

This was first visit with bella heard from my co workers in sudbury. Service was good impressed with cleanliness. Knowledge of service really good so I could understand care and treatment of bella. All in all I was impressed especially calling next day to check up on bella. Please keep up the good work we really need more caring vets and helpers to care for our pets who are part of our family. Felt I wasn t listened to and my concerns were NOT addressed. Made a mistake in the billing, blaming the girls when it wasn t her fault. Was indeed the doctors. Couldn t remember if the shot was actually given or not.
