i had a long wait for my appointment time of over 1/2 hr late but the Vet did explain why so i was OK with the wait - just a suggestion for the front line staff to maybe explain when there is a delay to explain why and it would help

You people are fantastic and quick and efficient and I appreciate that. I love the Vet he is so gentle with my puppies and I like his sense of humor.

I would like to thank the veterinarian and Staff who accommodated me at the last minute. Thank you so much! My hats off to the veterinarian, he has great knowledge in dealing with all types of animals. I have been with this veterinarian over 8 years and every-time I call the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Again thank you!

I find appointments are very slow as the office double books so if you are not early you wAit and many times I have wAited to see a Dr. It gets very frustrating. I do understand emergencies and would expect this to be a priority but this is double booking.

The staff was friendly and helpful but waiting an hour is not acceptable. If there had been an emergency I would understand but the day was overbooked. If the staff knows that the day is running so far behind then send a text message to inform the client.

I realize that the vets are very busy, and I won t name names, but they need to listen to the patient s owner instead of interrupting them constantly when they try to tell them about their pet.

There were four interruptions during our visit. I would recommend that this not be allowed as is did not sit well with as a first time customer.

Staff did try hard to clean up after a litter of puppies were in before us, but this caused a delay in being seen & left all surfaces in examination room wet & slippery. My only major complaint is that every time I have called for an office appointment over the past few years, the wait time has been at least 2 weeks, and we have not been able to wait that long so have had to resort to going to other Animal Hospitals for Care for my Dog & have not been able to keep up with her shots as a result. Thank you for being so understanding of our frustration with this & not dropping us as a Client. Airport Animal Hospital needs to really work on shortening Wait times for appointments & in office as well. Thank you so much for hearing us out on this.

Airport Animal hospital, from the veterinarian to the assistants and groomer, are friendly, courteous and very professional. i have been going there for quite sometime and wouldnt change where i bring my kitty. i would recommend this clinic to family and friends. thank you so much

Great staff, very helpful surgeon.

I am very appreciative that the clinic would see my cat in an emergency situation though he was not already a patient. Dr Bassi is thorough, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his opinion on treatment options and followed his advice, resulting in successful surgical intervention for my cat. I appreciate his understanding of needing to weigh all factors: cat health/age, possible positive/negative outcomes, financial hardships and compassionate considerations . Though we still aren’t out of the woods yet after surgery, I trust that my kitty is in very capable and caring hands. I am very grateful to the clinic and all of the kind staff there. I did try to get the cat in on Saturday but was told he couldn’t come at that time because he wasn’t a patient. I do hope that should my other animals require emergency care, we could count on your clinic again. My region (Almaguin) offers no emergency vet care and we desperately need partnerships with NB vets for urgent care for our animals. I was truly desperate by Monday and I thank Dr Bassi for his time and care for my pet.

Unfortunately my husband was not impressed with the doctor he dealt with for this appointment. He states that he came across as very rude and did not really offer any options for our dog. He simply said you have to go to Espanola and it’s gonna be $3000. “Bedside manners” need to be put into practice for this particular doctor that dealt with my husband. Thank you. All other staff were friendly and compassionate
