i always feel welcome here and i feel my pets well looked after by the staff. thank you for the excellent care

I just find the fees for everything is so expensive ! Not everyone has tons of money to spend on simple things like shampoos, creams or topical sprays . Just don’t get why they are so so overpriced for the amounts I receive. My own needs of these same items comes no where near the cost as it does for a animal . Just doesn’t make sense to me I guess.

My appointment was at 230, we got there at noon, hoping to go in earlier because my husband had to go back at work as soon as we were done..even though it was lunch time and they were closing from noon till 2 for a meeting, the vet took our Bailey right away...and he did not rush the visit, Bailey got the same great service he always gets...I greatly recommend airport animal hospital. ..thanks again

The wait time was over an hour but it was explained why and I felt better about the wait.

More info regarding my dog s condition. we got a quote of approximately how much it will cost but more information to look over at home about the surgical procedure and the chances of a good outcome ect… would be helpful.

As a new client I was surprised that it took 15 minutes for anyone to come acknowledge I was there and come to the desk to greet me. While I can appreciate if they were tending to animals that is great, but perhaps having a front desk person at all times would alleviate new customers to feel unwelcome.

The girls at the front desk seem to be ridiculously busy. There was only one girl on that I could see and she was in charge of answering phones, cashing people out, patient welcome and intake, and then when my dog was being released a women came from the back, refused to speak directly to me but instead proceeded to tell the girl at the front “just tell her this”. And “make sure you tell her that” and then walked away and disappeared to the back. My comment to the girl at the front desk was “why didn’t she just tell me herself?” I mean she was literally two feet away and instead of addressing me directly she just gave the girl at the front desk orders and what to tell me. Other than feeling quilty for asking too many questions cause there were many other people to deal with I’ve always had a great experience.

Waiting 15 minutes in a examination room for the vet was very stressful for my dog. Less wait time would be better for my pet.

I have always been treated with respect and the staff have always been helpful. Love seeing their friendly faces and so do my animals.

Wasn’t really given a diagnosis or explanation of potential cause of problem, was just given a medication. Asked if it was an infection since I wasn’t given any information & was just told yes. We do like coming here and that won’t change, I just feel this is an area of opportunity.

I would like there to be a reduction in costs for those on social assistance. Pets are long term obligations and we owned our pets long before we ended up on social assistance. We most of the time do not have enough to feed ourselves and find that we have to take money from bills to pay for vet costs. Not saying we shouldn t pay but the costs in my opinion are a bit ridiculous.

Non of these questions asked about the care my pet received. I would like to state that since my friday visit to this vet my pet has deteriorated horribly over the weekend. I don t feel like the vet took a close enough look at her and diagnosed her problem to be as serious as it was. I will be back on their doorstep early tomorrow morning with my pet in my arms if she is still alive :(

I was very please to see Dr Bassi,he is very gentle and friendly with my dog which keeps him calm.I do tend to get anxious whenever there is a medical problem with my dog and find that Dr.Bassi’s explanations and tone are calming and reassuring to myself as well.I have the utmost respect for him

I was misquoted and could not figure out why I was quoted so much less then the price I was billed. Just would have liked to know a more accurate price beforehand
