i was shocked to find out the difference in the billing this year. i have always paid for a yearly exam and got the shots for free then i find out after i left and looked at the bill to find out that i was charged seperate fees for every shot with no explanation because the bill was already put in my dogs folder

When I call to make an appointment it is usually a couple weeks before the earliest slot is available. Sometimes I feel this is too long. For example, I have multiple pets (6 in total) and I was told you could not accomodate all of them at once. So I had to break it up into 2 appointments. The first appointment was a two week wait. The second appointment was a week after that (but due to a scheduling issue became 2 weeks after that). This means my second set of animals will not be seen for a full month after I called to make the appointment. In this case it wasn t an emergency, but it was still inconvenient.

Kind and compassionate staff. Never feel rushed at app ts. Providers always take the time to listen to my concerns and answer questions.

I appreciate that the Veterinarian and staff are always helpful and willing to answer all my questions. They do not rush me out the door. Very happy with the service and the caring manner in which they approach my cat Chaz who is not very friendly to them.

I didn t enjoy waiting for 20 minutes only for him to rush through everything and give me a list of problems with no explanation. DR. sidou really isn t friendly at all and doesn t even try to comfort or get to know my pet in any way. The front desk is great but my dog deserves better treatment.

We were pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. We probably would have appreciated knowing a cheaper subsitute ie. Benadryl for our dogs allergic reaction. Although we do acknowledge this clinic has better pricing than most ?

micro chip was injected into both dogs, however, Abby, one of the collies, already had a micro chip. She had a dog tag with id number and micro chip had been done at the Springer Animal Hospital. Vet scanned and said that he could not find one.

Dr.Sidhu has always been an excellent Vet. I ve never had any issue with him as a person or a Doctor. My frustration is cost. I m on a Disability Pension and it s difficult to provide the best care for my Magpie. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about the Clinic.

This was somewhat of an urgent visit and I was able to get my dog in the same day, and as always Dr Sidhu and his staff provided exceptional care. He was very quick to diagnose the issue, an ear infection, and sent us home with proper instructions and medications. Titan is feeling a lot better today! Thank you guys!
