I was a bit annoyed because I had a few appointmentsin the past few months and 3 times I was called to change the appointment. Once I I already I my way. The next time I had to rearrange my schedule and go a different day. The day of my appointment that tried to get me to come in the next day. I understand things happen but.... I am not from North bay and to get an appointment I already have to take the day off. So when I get a call the same day within 2hours of my appointment I had already left work or did not go and rescheduled my appointments, it is frustrating. I can t just say that is ok. I will take another day off work to go a different day.

I am very happy how you took care of Dobby. Dobby’s breath is so nice now, I can’t believe it. One thing we appreciated greatly is your honesty. You had Dobby, you could have extracted a few teeth, therefore the bill would be higher. You didn’t & honesty is something that keeps me coming back to you & your prices are another. The girls are very kind & friendly & I always walk into a fresh clean building. Dobby is fortunate to have such good care. Thank you.

This visit it took my dog and I an hour to see the vet. I had to request some water for her but I ended up giving her a glass from the water water cooler. It was recommended my dog get some procedures and I was to get the quote but when I got home and looked over the paper work it wasn t there. I ll need to call and go into the office to pick it up.

I have always received great care for cayne. Both Dr. Bossi and Dr. Sidhu are always patient and take the time to answer any questions I have and the ladies at the front desk are always welcoming . I have also never had a problem getting an appointment even when it is short notice. Keep up the great work :)

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I drive from home almost 2hrs because the service is great. For my puppy it’s Worth the drive.

The day that I brought Tigger there was only one doctor so he was very busy with surgeries and scheduled checkups so thank you for meeting our requirements for this annual checkup.

I find the services at your clinic excellent. I drive from another town to go to your clinic as you keep your prices lower than most other clinics and you care about the animals. We love our pets and can not always afford the care that they need and you help in that area so a BIG THANK YOU Mrs Ollie Maurice

Wish that when you have a very costly service that it could be broken down into several payments as with dental procedures. The care Max receives is excellent.

The examination room cleanliness would need to be upgraded.

The staff at Airport Animal Hospital take wonderful care of our animals and in addition are very sensitive to our needs as well. They could not have been nicer or more sympathetic when our 12 year old dog passed away. We have dealt with both doctors and are extremely satisfied with the very competent care they provide to our pets.

Champ loves to go see All of you

Staff was great except for the vet I seen , he didn t explain much was very short on explanation and don t take enough time to discuss and address our concerns. When we would ask questions or try to explain he would say he didn t get it. Unfortunately I don t think we will be retuning.
