Got me in on really short notice and thoroughly explained everything and gave me the opportunity to ask questions

We are very appreciative of the quick appointment for our cat s first visit. Even though we were new clients, we were seen immediately when she had a medical emergency. We were also satisfied with her follow up appointment the next week. Thank you very much!

Been to this clinic before and absolutely love their services. I live in the Sudbury area and will travel anytime to have my cat taken care of by these professionals. I had both my cats spayed/neutered and declawed here and loved how they didn’t judge me for wanting to have my cat declawed. The vets I called in the Sudbury area litteraly belittled me because I inquired about a declaw. Pixie has been declawed/neutered and is recovering just fine. Thank you Airport Animal Hospital

You charged me the Examantion fee for both dogs the first time& first shots , Then their second shots , that s all they needed & I was charged a second set of Examanation fees , for both dogs , When you all ready charged that the first time that s not right , not very happy about that will be calling about that

Was a little disappointed about having to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be moved into an exam room.

Did not expect with a2 pm appointment that I would have to wait an hour to be seen. Then felt rushed through the time spent with vet. Not impressed.

The vet that we saw this time didn t explain very well not did he listen well enough and kept trying to make me but something i specifically said i didn t want multiple times and almost suggested that i wasn t taking care of my animals because i bought flea treatment from the pet store

This is an amazingly caring clinic. Dr Sidhu is a genuine and caring doctor who will go out of his way to help. We have been loyal patrons since discovering him more than a decade ago. The lower score on #2 (enough time) was an abnormality, his other doctor was absent for an emergency and Dr Sidhu was carrying both their appointments. I trust Dr Sidhu for his professional expertise as well as his genuine care for his patients. He is also quite personable with the humans, too. lol

The service is second to none There,s not a finer hospital then airport in my opinion Keep up the good work

It was an interesting struggle to get in to see any vet. In the local and outter areas of North Bay & Sturgeon Falls. I hope animals never get sick or hurt on along weekend. I think one doctor cover for all the area with a back up somewhere, as I was going to travel to the next area until I found a doctor. With all the phone calls to all the doctors, my frustration levels increased; therefore a 1800 number could of lowered my anxiousness to speak to someone who could of given me some sense of what were the best practices. Thank you for a place to vent.

Dental work is too costly.

I was initially upset when the vet said Baker animal clinic didn t follow up on Kaisers vaccinations. He then realized that wasn t the case. I highly regard Baker and compare your facility with cleanliness, friendly front line staff and knowledgeable vet care to them. The vet didn t realize we moved up hre in 2016 so Baker had everything up to date. I went to Calendar animal clinic in 2017 so they dropped the ball on Kaisers vaccinaions (as well as not putting the directions on his Revolution and heart worm medication, requiring me to call them back for clarification. I look forward to many years of being your client.

We love bringing the kitties to the clinic, as always:). We are treated very well, and cannot believe that we have been away from North Bay for 7 years.....coming makes us feel ‘at home’ !!! We love our vets, and the cats do too.....they just do not ‘know it’ ??. Thank you for always being there for us. Di & Barry

Your hospital came very highly recommended and I sure recommend it to any one who is looking for a great vet and friendly staff. The place is bery clean and space all over for pets to walk arround lol

I am so glad we brought Brody to see you. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very nice and took the time to listen to our concerns regarding our dog. I was very impressed at the reasonable wait time to get an appointment. I really enjoyed seeing the Doctor. He was very thorough and took the time to go over everything with us. My husband and I talked about our great experience with you all on the way home. All the girls at the desk who were working that day were exceptionally nice and talked with us and smiled. You all made our visit very pleasant. Thank you and see you again soon.
