Maybe have less dogs in the facility all at same time cause some big dog get nervous or fancy with smaller happy dogs

Really tough to get through on the phone to make an appointment. But once seen, excellent all around .

I should be able to call to make an appointment. This wasn’t the case. I’d been trying to call for months. No one ever answered. I finally had to email which is an absolute pain. In the email I asked for someone to “call” me back. Instead I got an email.I tried another 8 times to email but finally had to get my brother to do it for me because it just wouldn’t go through. I finally got a call after he insist they call me. I find you try to force people to do things they do want done. This is horrible. Then I got the quote for my 7 months old male cat to get fixed. I whopping $700!!!!!!! Wth? I have 8 cats and have rescued more and not once have I EVER paid that. So I called another place and I’ll be getting him done there for $120. They tried to justify this price saying that’s the average cost. Well it’s not so I’ll not be recommending you guys to anyone and I’ll be going south back to my old vets.

Be more forward with billing...ie. cost and rational. I m assuming annual wellness examination is only once a year.

More exam rooms would be nice , don’t like sitting with other dogs / this made my dog sad

I don’t think it’s nice when customer asks for what was talked about at the booking and then it wasn’t followed which then incurred an extra charge and now will incur another exam fee and another shot. I have had the same experience before where something was given without my consent. It’s really frustrating.

Wait time is too long; arrive early and still wait 29 min after appt time?!

Very friendly and very professional. Great first visit

As always, a very long wait in the waiting room. Today it was “only” half an hour but I’ve waited over an hour before. Other than this, everything was great. Staff is wonderful.

Staff are always friendly and Dr Sidhu is always professional and answers any questions we have.

I find it too expensive. Good service overall
