It was extremely helpful that Brody was able to get in so fast. I really liked that we were able to communicate through email to set up an appointment etc. The staff we communicated with was excellent.

I had brought my kitten in for her first check up a few months ago and she got a set of needles and apparently she was to come back by a certain date but I was not aware if we didn’t come back by a certain date that we would have to start the needles all over and pay again. This was not disclosed or discussed that this would happen. I was not impressed that I had to pay again to have the same needles and start the process all over. In the meantime, I did try to book an appointment before my time ran out but no one answered the phone and I tried three times.

The vet didn’t look at what I was scared about when bringing in my pet. They didn’t actually say a word to me, their assistant was the one looking at the vet while he spoke so quietly that it was all mumbles she the assistant was the one telling me what to do. The vet. Walked in, checked my pets ears and teeth then typed away. Never said anything to me. Very disappointed honestly it hurt to pay that much and not get an actual explanation of my pets health

The wait times could really use improvement. It s frustrating when you arrive on-time for your appointment and you wait 25+ minutes (from your appointment time) to be seen and someone who arrives much later than you is brought in first. Otherwise, staff is friendly and the vets are also great to speak with. Vaccines are getting quite pricey, but I would believe this is across the board?

They told me to come back next day with my dog hunter for blood work I get there and said they can t do it for 5 weeks so I drove 1 hour for nothing false information on the staff part was not happy

The price for nail trim ridiculous. $57? My dog has black nail and I don t like to do it myself because I cut him. Figured I would grt it done while he was here for something else. Crazy.price

Vets are expensive. You need to hold more clinics, even if it s just for your own patients on a first come, first served basis or appointments on the day mentioned.

The vet did not listen what was my concerns. It is the first time my bleed after receiving a vaccine. I was not impressed with this vet, but the staff was great.
