I had a great experience with my cat (Raava) during our last appointment. The staff were courteous and patient. The only comment that I had was that I was not told whether I could let Raava out of the carrier in the examination room once we were let in. So she did not have a chance to explore the space and get comfortable prior to the vet technician entering the room.

Was very nice to be able to get in to see the vet without having to wait a week as usual with our regular vet. It can be very disconcerting when your pet is not well and you have to wait so long to have the problem taken care of. Received some new information in something we have been dealing with continually for many months with no recourse. We’ll have to see how the new med is working to give a final decision on wether we change veterinary care. Thank you.

Your phone system to call the office is Terrible! I had to call 51 times, my phone kept track, to get through to make an appt as it constantly goes to voice mail, during working hours not lunch. I thought it might be just the day, but I tried to call the office to let them know I would be late for my appointment and the same thing happened. So I gave up and just arrived late. While waiting to pay I heard some come into the office state that they had been trying to get though since 8 am that day and gave up and came in. You should really look into this as it is a big turn off.

The vet was not very kind or helpful while putting my dog down. Something was wrong with how it went and she didn’t even try to explain after what happened and why his last moments were scared and in pain instead of calm and peaceful.
