My and Charlie s first visit to AAH and so far very satisfied and impressed with your facility.

I was asked if I needed a receipt but I thought they just meant the credit card receipt. I would have liked a print out of the payment breakdown. I am not sure what I paid for. I should have asked but I was trying to get out quickly with my dog and had already waited awhile to cash out.

The vet spent 5 minutes max, felt the injured limb and sent home with pain meds.....when asked about arranging an xray it was deferred

It is very hard to get thru to the office by phone. I have spent 11 minutes on hold only to hang up then call back to get the message machine over and over again. Then put on hold. I hate the thought of calling for appointments. They were short staffed last time I was there but they made every effort to see us quickly I was shocked to see a 56.00 charge on my bill for having my cats nails clipped with a finger nail clipper. I didn’t call to enquire about the charge because I didn’t want to play phone tag again. I will never get the cats nails trimmed there again!!! I find doctor Boill to be an excellent caring vet and appreciated how she stepped up to help the staff where she could. The office is always bright and clean Could do with a bit of drywall repair in certain areas but not neglected looking in general at all.

I m very grateful to have been accepted as a client at AAH and being able to get an appointment in a time that is short relative to all the other clinics in the NB/Almaguin/Huntsville area. I marked #1 and 2 as N/A because these aren t fair questions when the vet industry is so terribly understaffed due to the pandemic and its lingering disruptions to normality. Despite the staffing challenges, I was able to get an appointment significantly faster than at any other clinic in the NB-Huntsville corridor, and Dr Sidhu expertly and very efficiently diagnosed and treated Oscar s issue, even though it left me with some unanswered questions that under more normal circumstances (i.e., with more time available) would have been answered.

The vet didnt really talk much. I was lucky to have a great tech

Ladies really need to answer calls coming in… I have had on multiple occasions actually physically come in to the building just to ask a simple question. Once arrived I witnessed phones ringing consistently and ladies clearly ignoring calls. The office was NOT busy at all and I still had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged at the desk while staff chatted amongst themselves about non related work photos on their phone. I only needed to order a bag of dog food. Which could have been done over the phone. If I wasn’t a long time client I would consider leaving this office due to the only fact that I can NEVER get through on the phone for anything for ordering food to an emergency! Both of which I have had recently. A sick pet is stressful enough but to not be able to even contact their doctor is even more stressful. My dog was very ill and I had to wait a whole week to even get in to see a doctor… a week! All because they never answered the phone.

We were very welcomed as always when we arrived. Since “I” was last in with Mollie, which may have been awhile ago as my husband Gary usually takes her, I noticed the cleanliness has greatly improved so bravo. Gary doesn’t drive anymore and has dementia now so I, (Darlene) will be bringing Mollie in for anything she needs. Thank you to Dr Bosse and staff. Very efficient and thorough exam.

the corporation that owns this animal hospital is ripping off the patients. in 3 years, the costs have increased by 3x what they were. 107$ for microchipping! SHAME on you. 30$ at shelter and 3 years ago i paid 40$ at this hospital for one of my cats. . WTF have you done! AND no discount for multi pet households. Corporate greed has taken that too.
