Item 6: we are not able to come inside the building due to the pandemic, so can t comment there. But I was happy to see the outside of the building is getting repairs. A coat of paint will help with first impressions. The staff is marvelous !!

We absolutely love this vet clinic. They are helpful, friendly and reasonably priced.

I had a scheduled appointment, so it was easy to get in to be seen. However, the week prior to my appointment, my cat needed to be seen for a separate issue(minor emergency) but there was only one available appointment which didn t work for me. I was referred to a vet in Salem and the expected wait time was over 3 hours in the car (I was told this after I arrived, a 40 minute drive). I suggest that if you don t already do this that you reserve 3-4 emergency appointment times every day for regular customers because the emergency wait time in Salem right now is unreasonable for a sick pet. (I decided to go to Albany which even with the drive time was shorter than the estimated one in Salem. I d add River s Edge in Albany to your options as a possible referral for people in a similar situation).

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr. V. went out of her way to care for my ailing kitty and he seems to be on the mend. I am so appreciative. I am also impressed that they have such a positive attitude running a busy clinic during a repair and remodel!

Accidentally missed my appointment, which turned out to be the day before we showed up. Staff was so understanding and saw our pup anyway. We were impressed with their kindness, efficiency, and the help they gave our dog.

Vet gave very little info re: my cat who was in for his yearly and some tests. I felt like I had to drag information out of her. Second time this has happened and will probably look for a more thoroughly and communicative vet.

Was surprised not to see the vet we had scheduled for, but maybe she was on a housecall. The doctors and staff here are always very helpful and attentive, and appreciated.

Took a while longer than I was comfortable with to be seen but I am always pleased with the care my dogs receive

I love the time Dr. Wallin and the staff spends with me each time I bring one of my fursons into the clinic.

Our crazy dog was not having it when we got there. He s partial to Bryant and would not allow the ladies to take him inside. He also is not ok with masks and I think the combo of two ladies he didn t know plus masks, no Bryant, AND the one who usually brings him in wasn t with us... he wasn t having it. Staff was patient, considerate, AND we were late due to the road being closed for construction and needing to find a way around getting into Silverton... we were still seen (attempted to anyway) and all of that was so wonderful. I will always be loyal to Abiqua, they have never let us down!!

Due to COVID we were not allowed in the office so I couldn’t answer the last question. I love Abiquia Vet Clinic…the dr.’s & staff are always friendly & very good with our dogs!
