Regarding cleanliness, You folks would benefit from a cleaning chore that gets overlooked by owners and employees since they are in the same setting day-in and day-out. I know some people clinics that make this same oversight...Floors. If you were to hire a floor service one time to strip the floors with solvent and then scrub all corners and bad areas and baseboads, and then lay down a couple of coats of commercial-grade wax, and then buff it out good with commercial buffer, your clinic would look FIRST CLASS indeed. Do all treatment rooms as well as foyer, lobby and hall. Then maintain the floors with mopping each evening with soap and CLEAN water; plus spray buff once each week. Years ago I managed a small group of 3 supermarkets and found that customers notice floors as much as anything when judging a business for a cleanliness. I offer this suggestion because you are SUPER in all that you do as a Vet Clinic, and because I admire Dr Davis for all he does to be number 1 in animal care and treatment. Mike Tate (Chloe)

I really love this vet hospital. They really care.

The only complaint that I ever have had about your practice is that the exam rooms are often not really clean.

Everyone was excellent. Joan and Lisa at the front desk were kind. Abby in the exam room was very compassionate and service first. Dr. Dugger was very kind as well and explained our prognosis at length. I did not mention Llyod but he is always helpful as well.

The staff was excellent, my lil buddy, our 4 legged member of the family (King) feels good going there. The care, attention and consideration meant the world to me when I took King there. And thats what matters the most.

Dr Ferguson is absolutely amazing. She updated me everyday when our cat Butters was in there due to congestive heart failure.. she never gave up and I respect her so much for trying! Thank you again for such wonderful service! We love y’all very much!
