There is only one issue I consistently have with the practice - cleanliness. Take a good look at the floors in the exam rooms. I also think the exam tables should be wiped off between clients. They sometimes have bits from the previous dog or cat. I love the staff. You have always given me 110%. The cleanliness issue is my only suggestion.

If there are 3 people at the front desk, one is helping a customer and one is answering the phone- the third person could either say “can I help you?” or at least acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for 10 minutes to be checked in. Instead she just kept glancing at me, rather than saying “someone will be with you shortly.”

They always take good care of my pets. Wouldn t take my pets anywhere else.

This visit was our first time seeing Dr. Allen and we really liked her. I had a couple questions about our cat during her yearly check up. This is our first cat, and even though we’ve had her for almost two years, we’re still learning as we go. She explained things very well and put us at ease.

The office is always clean and the staff always helpful. I drive 60 miles one way to go there because of the staff. Love my Vet.

I glad she listens when I told here something was wrong. I knew this was not normal for Latte & she talked to me and checked her out She has a great personality and easy to talk to.

The staff and doctors are always friendly and helpful

Dr. Duggar is very knowledgeable in her field of medicine. She has always taken excellent care of our dogs(Rambo and Buddy). She spends as much time as necessary to make sure i understand the diagnosis each time i come. She has even gone the extra mile when our dog Rambo was in his last days when he was very sick and i appreciate her for that.We are very pleased with the service we receive from your entire staff.

Lloyd was friendly and worked me in when my dog,Toby, didn’t feel well last week. I also saw the newest veterinarian on staff and she was thorough and very kind. I love Reelfoot Animal Hospital!

The only thing I would change about Reelfoot Animal Clinic is making it cleaner. There is always dirt around baseboards the exam room, especially in the corners. I noticed new baseboards going in the waiting room and I think there was some fresh paint.Updating is badly needed so good for you! I love the staff and you take great care of my dogs.

The waiting time was terrible even with an appointment.

I had a flea/tick collar puton my cat Spike. The rebate has alawys been easy to mail in until this year. I do not have a smart phone so now have to go to library or have a friend with smart phone to scan the bill in order to get my rebate. If this is the policy next time I will make other arrangements for his flea/tick collar. I called company and they were firm about the way to be reimbursed for my rebate. They apologized for the inconvenience but stated there was no other alternative. Upsetting to say the least. They must understand the position many are placed in with their policies.

It wouldn t let me put snything on the stars, but I give all questions 5 stars. This clinic is absolutely the best. Love the support staff and doctors!
