Maybe offer some suggestions for how to take care of raw skin when having to buzz really low because of mats in fur. That would be helpful.

Everything is great. But it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting on a refund to my card. A call in regards to that would be greatly appreciated.

Front desk person not welcoming or friendly. Came in for a booster shot but was also charged for technician. If this is your protocol you should tell customers in advance.

My main comment is that Dr Lynda Zucca is amazing! She is easy to be with while she’s talking she is feeling, watching & exams the dog. She’s been right on every time with Buffy and think she may have figured out what was is going on. She’s better after days of tx. Thanks for great staff!!!

I was so stressed about my cats abscess. Everyone put me at ease. What I thought would be a nightmare, turned out to be an almost pleasant experience. The doctor and her assistant were so relaxed. I was afraid my cat would freak out. Apparently I was the only one freaking out.

I very happy with our first visit back. We used to take pur pugs years back for boarding. The doctor I felt took time and we didn t feel rushed. The wait time was much better than the vet we were currently going to. I am thinking we are going to switch all five of our dogs over.

The tech who came out didn t know Shadow was male. Brought out eye medicine that wasn t Shadows (I had to tell her) and another medicine which she gave to me but I returned because it wasn t for Shadow. She did not seem to know what she was doing/saying. She seemed flustered and rushed.

My Dr wasn t gentle, injured my lizards jaw because she acted before looking. My lizards jaw worked fine until I came to you. She died later that day. No prevention for my other lizard at home. I feel this doctor didn t care. Raced in and out. $100 for a 2 min doctor vist I was worse off after!! Regret ever going. everyone else gave me time and compassion. Truly wish I realized what she had done to my lizard.

Dr. Pazzi failed to diagnose Mack properly. If she was truly an exotic animal vet with experience, She should have recognized ECE. Now, I have a VERY SICK ANIMAL THAT HAS MISSED OUT ON 3 precious days he should have been on antibiotics! I m SO ANGRY! If he dies because of your misdiagnosis, you WILL be hearing from me! And now my babies will probably get it too!

Overhauled your front office staff. Teach them how to be more courteous and less arrogant to the customers. Educating them in veterinary medicine would be a good idea also. They seem to be totally in the dark about billing, customer service, veterinary science. Veterinarian was too busy to answer questions afterwards. We have have begun to look around for other veterinary hospitals in our area. Your grooming area is the only reason we have returned.
