Some of the worst customer service on my recent visit. We were a 10 year customer and you lost us on our last visit. Not only did you not do what we agreed you’d do, your staff called me the next day and tried to claim that I misunderstood what was plainly told to me twice. Hope it was worth it to you. You lost a customer and I met a fabulous vet at Banfield. Big mistake on your part but that’s just my opinion. Please transfer Rascal’s file as they requested.

10 stars...i think this is the best vet office in sacramento...the staff is always super super nice...and every dr i have dealt with are very very intelligent on the subjects...i ve never left there not understanding what my pets situation was...

Excellent service as always

I arrived early for my appointment and then had to wait almost 35 minutes before we saw an assistant, who was not warm or friendly at all. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes before we finally saw the doctor. I was told to come back in 45 minutes to pick up my dog while his blood was drawn and they ran a fecal test. I came back 40 minutes later (i.e. five minutes early) and I still had to wait 20 minutes before seeing the doctor again. The doctor was very kind and explained everything carefully and was very knowledgeable. She made it sound like I just needed to pay the bill and they would bring out my dog with his prescriptions. 30 minutes later I was still sitting in the lobby waiting patiently for my pet, not understanding why it was taking so long to discharge him, especially since I saw plenty of staff coming in and out of the back room to the front desk. But there didn t seem to be any urgency...finally when another staff member brought out the prescription, he couldn t even tell me what they were!! The waiting was one thing (my total time at the vet was 2 hours), but to give me prescriptions and not know what they were was pretty egregious. Bottom line: Dr. Zucco was very kind and patient. The rest of the staff were not very kind not helpful at helping me get my sick dog home.

A stained towel was used on my pet and I thought it was dirty until an assistant told me it was merely stained, I still felt uncomfortable about it though.

All About Pets is the best! - Wonderful Doctors (especially Dr. Zucca), office staff, technicians, and groomers - they have been there for us when we needed them and I would never take my pets anywhere else. Dog hit by car, rattlesnake bite, knee surgery etc.. they walked us through these unfortunate events with positive and proactive treatment and eased our fears - and our pets once treated rebounded and lived healthy lives - A+++++

This is the first time I ve been to All About Pets and didn t have to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. I was amazed how quickly I was in and out with all my questions answered.

The atmosphere in the waiting area seems to have lost much of the warmth and joy that wrapped around us upon entering.

All about pets is a great place to take you pets for health care.

I am disappointed with the quality of service and lack of professionalism with the vet. My cat was misdiagnosed and prescribed MEDICINE that says for dogs ONLY. Will warn everyone I know who loves their pets never to go to All About Pets.

I was grateful that the office supervisor stepped in to provide the follow-up on Midnight after a long wait. Her sutures needed to be checked after her surgery last week. The front office staff were very helpful. The Lab results were still not in on her biopsy, but the Vet called the following day with the results.

First time in and the staff made me feel like I had been in for years. I was very pleased with the great service from everyone. Thank you.
