I would like to see people wait in their cars with their pet if someone is already outside waiting with their pet.

Curb side freaked me out! I was very nervous to let Bart go in alone as he can he kind of rambunctious. They handled him wonderfully, and said he was so good. He came out happy as a clam. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful staff to watch over our fur baby. Thank you all!

The staff member I met was wonderful. She was thorough when talking with me outside before Tom’s appointment. She was very sweet with Tom, who was crying in his carrier. After the appointment was over, she explained everything to me about billing and recommendations for Tom’s diet. I felt confident that Tom received great care while he was there. Thank you for taking such great care of my kitty!
