Your staff member was friendly and helpful. My pup is very specific about who comes near her, and she wasn t fighting me when I handed her off to be seen. I was so happy to see that. I am so glad I have decided to use your practice for my vet.

My recent experience was terrible. Both of my cats were inside for less than 15 minutes and came back traumatized. My bill was not cheap either for this amount of time. Charlie had nails trimmed so short that he couldn t jump, itch himself, or feel safe enough to let me touch him for days. This is the second time his nails have been cut too short by you. He was clearly in pain and his shoulders were twitching like he d been held down with too much force. He is a sensitive soul who was hurt by other vets as a kitten and I have warned people before about this and the extra nerves in his neck. However, being that I wasn t allowed in the same building as the vet, he suffered. He growled and hid in the closet for 3 days (which is not a normal behavior or recovery time for him after a vet visit). Remi, who is the most easy-going and loving cat i ve ever owned, threw a tantrum on the way home and was panting, hissing, and doing flips in her carrier. I get that doing business during a pandemic is difficult - but there were also numerous opportunities to tell me what to do upon appt arrival and that you weren t allowing anyone inside. This was not communicated to me, the advertised wifi was not available, and I have no cell service in the parking lot. So I awkwardly opened the building door only to be shouted at don t come in here . The tech was nice, but all of my questions were answered with well the vet didn t mention anything so it must be fine. I m sorry - but that does not make me feel like my animals care is the top priority.

Having been a client/customer of this practice for forty-five years, I feel the job they do is simply wonderful. Dr. Whitney and the staff make me feel my pets (and their owner) are taken care of with love and professional care. Highly recommended!

I would mark the lobby a little better. A gentlemen came over to us so his dog could sniff my dog. I wasn t comfortable with that. The technician asked him to move back so we could go through, but he didn t listen to well.

Never saw Dr. Lisa and probably won t with the call back for my pet s labs results. The techs are very nice and knowledgeable but for the amount of money it costs to have your pet treated, you should be able to see or hear from the Boss.
