Would be super helpful to provide estimated time your pet would be in clinic. First appointment took @ 1 hour. Second was @ 45 min.

I was amazed at how I was not called that you were having a problem with her. Also I was amazed that I had to pay a boarding fee. I did not ask for her to be dropped off. You made me do it that way and cleaning should be part of the business costs.

Do not give a ball park on a procedure because my initial quote was 500.00 for teeth cleaning and removing a small growth on my dogs head. When all said and done I was in for a 1200.00 bill. The growth was much smaller initially but vet was not eager to remove it earlier.

I wish that add-on items for procedures are discussed prior to the appointment so that an educated decision can be made. There were items and questions the day of the dental procedure that I was not comfortable committing to given the lack of information.

As always, Dr. Amy and her staff at Animal Medical Center gave my pet the best treatment possible. They treat every animal as if it were their own, and truly respect the owner’s opinion. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur babies.

Very kind and attentive staff! There was a bit of a backup with emergency visits so someone was consistently coming into the exam room to update me on the schedule. They accommodated my time constraint as well. I m going to continue bringing my puppy there for sure!

Dr. Andrea is so kind, gentle, caring. Explains treatment plan, lab results well. Offers good tips so I can better care for my dog. Gets back to me quickly with results.

It was kind of difficult to get in as it was an emergency appointment. And I honestly feel like its highway robbery to charge more for an emergency appointment than a regular visit. It s not my fault my pet is sick so why charge me like it is? That s why I only bring my small animals here and take my cats to a different vet who doesn t charge me extra over something I have no control over.
