Great clinic and great vet!

Reception/staff that answered phone were difficult to talk to. Talked over us, not letting us explain why we were calling. Would not check email to confirm if records were sent over. Asked me to send them over and despite us requesting confirmation records were received they never responded, causing us to unnecessarily print 13 pages of records. Receptionist was extremely nice on phone, Bridget I believe , but whoever answered the phone the other time was very rude. We value Dr Andi and the supporting staff. Vet tech, didn’t catch their name, a male, was very thorough in intake and helpful.

the veterinarians are awesome. Always take the time to discuss the pet.

Dr Amy was always the best at answering all my concerns that I had, as well as the entire staff. All were friendly and polite. Cristian was totally great with Nikki. Thanks you all so much for being there for us. YOU ALL ARE THE VERY BEST!!!!

Dr.Amy and her vet techs are always friendly and professional. Always receive an explanation that I can understand. My dogs love their care-givers!

Love Dr. Andy, but we were in the room for 35 minutes before we saw her. It took 25 minutes for the tech to tell us she had an emergency. I understand an emergency, but would have been nice to be alerted sooner.

Never disappointed by animal medical center. Such great care!!!
