I returned with a stool sample following the original appointment. I was VERY pleased that the staff could test it within a short time and give me the results. And this was on a Friday late afternoon! But it made a big difference to me since it was the start of the weekend, and I didn t have to wait days to find out if my pet (cat) was okay.

Animal medical center has been phenomenal the entire 3.5 years I’ve been coming here. From the initial phone call with the receptions to the techs to Dr. Any and Dr. Andy. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and my cat is very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Dr. Andi is the best! She is always so cheerful. She s sweet to my now 18 years old cat, Snickers. We have been coming here all his life. Even when he was not so friendly as a younger cat, she treated him with such care. She takes the time to listen and explain everything. Her techs are kind as well. We just love her! Kathy

I was very grateful to be seen within an hour of when I called with an injured dog. And I was given the correct medications to make her infection better. I guess the only negative I have, and this has happened to me other times when I had brought in an injured or sick dog, is that the amount of pain pills I’m given is always way more than is needed.

There was a office person, not at the front desk, who was not very friendly, and seemed annoyed with the woman at the front desk who needed assistance with my request to have my credit card on file.

The personal care and empathy from Dr Andrea and the rest of the staff at a time where I was fairly distraught do to Aubrey’s injury is something I will not soon forget.
