We were there early for a procedure. The floor in the examing room had balls of hair and some brown thing on the floor, perhaps a treat? The explanation of fees went really fast and frankly all I could see was the possible bottom line! Doesn t change how I feel about the clinic. We are long time customers and would not have it any other way.

Dr Cook was so kind and compassionate towards Maple. She took so much time to establish trust. She did not rush through appointment and was very patient and willing to answer all my questions. Very impressed.

Dr Cook was great. She answered every question I had & gave me lots of information about options for my allergy dog. I did not feel rushed in any way. I love that she is proficient in acupuncture and TCM. She is a great resource for others seeking both wonderful traditional veterinary medicine and more holistic options. The clinic staff were great, the office clean and comfortable. My dog was treated with great kindness and given mega treats! Thank you for a most positive experience.
