Great service even in a bad storm. Wish my providers took this kind of time and care

I was very appreciative of the entire staff and veterinarian s effort to evaluate and treat my dog when I walked in on an urgent care basis an hour before closing time. Thank you all so much.

I am THRILLED with The Bluff s Pet Clinic facility and staff. Although it was my dog that received acupuncture treatment I left the facility with a sense of calm because I knew exactly what was going on and we had a good plan of treatment for my dog.

This is the best pet clinic that I have ever taken a pet to! It’s the only one my cat is willing to go to! All of the employees are amazing and very helpful. They are able to answer every question I have no matter what it is about. They are very kind to my pets and every one of them love the staff. Thank you for being great!

I dont know what Dr. Cook did but we took Sydney off all the meds for bladder cancer they had given her and started the herbs. She had a treatment and within 24 hours our Sydney stopped her night time incontinence. She has been dry for 6 nights. So glad to have found your clinic!

Keep up the follow-up telephone calls regarding pet s status--this practice tops what providers do for humans--I ve never gotten a follow-up call from a physician or nurse practioner!

This was a great appointment from beginning to end. All our questions were answered. Dr. Cook and her assistant were attentive to Izzy. Quick response to heart worm test and our next appointment confirmation.

Everyone is always so very caring. I ve never felt rushed through an appointment.

The staff is ALWAYS awesome, they love my dogs and care for them with patience and lots of treats :)
