All staff were helpful and efficient. I appreciated Dr Vlad’s manner with both my cat and myself. He addressed my concerns and offered clear explanations.

As I never bring my cat in a carrier, it would have been good to be told in advance that one is now required. Also, please clarify, the new sign says leash or carrier, but the receptionist said carrier only for cat. Why?

Really great service and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Stefanescu took a lot of time to explain procedures and make recommendations and was very kind to our new puppy. Very happy and will definitely be returning.

I love the way YDPH takes care of my Jake. He s a nervous dog and the know how to put him at ease.
