Dr. Vlad is very knowledgeable, explains everything fully and is not afraid to suggest a tough decision - if it is right for the animal. I changed Vets recently to Dr. Vlad because in an emergency, even if he is fully booked, he will try and fit your pet in between appts. The office is clean and the staff is friendly too - everything you want in a vet.....
