I think a text or update if appointments are going to be extremely late would be appreciated/helpful.

Unfortunately the front desk mixed up the order that the dogs were roomed. There was one person in the waiting room and we arrived 5 minutes early. All rooms were occupied Then a cat a d 2 mire digs arrived. They were all roomed before us. Then an office worker noted the error but too late we were roomed a hour after our appointment.

We had a very bad experience there in May...left without seeing the Vet! Took my fur baby to VCA and was astounded at the cost!! I am glad to see that you are working to upgrade your services.

I definitely recommend Lockport Animal hospital - the facility if always very clean and comfortable staff is very professional and friendly and Dr Caffarini is very knowledgeable and caring. He always takes time to answer any questions and explain any treatment he recommends. I feel very fortunate to have found this practice and am grateful for the kind care my pet receives here

Dr. Joe provides the best care to my three labs. the staff was waiting for us at the door on the last visit since my dog had a seizure. She was nervous and upset but she loves all the staff and was able to calm down when she got to the door.

I like the facilities and the staff / veterinarians at Lockport Animal Hospital, but I ve never had an appointment be on time. It s a waiting game that you never know how long. It is disrespectful of my time and makes it impossible to plan within 2 - 3 hours after any appointment.

Our experience was great. Donna is a bit abrupt but I think it’s just a east coast thing ??

I love the facility and the care recieved. I needed to make a follow up appointment and I just don’t have time to wait almost an hour to be seen without any explanation of when the dr would be seeing us. An increase in communication when the wait is so long would have been helpful.
