Love Dr.Caffarini and his staff. I ve been bringing my fur babies here for 20+ years and couldn t ask for a better place. Dr. Takes his time and answers all my questions. Becky, is always friendly, patient and caring. Although I m not as familiar with some of the newer girls they are always courteous and good to my girls.

I felt like I was getting bombarded which reminders to bring in Boots. I think one or two reminders would have been fine. I already knew I was behind in bringing him in. No other complaints though.

I am extremely pleased with the friendliness of staff, and the services provided. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The vet techs were very kind and helpful. Dr. Joe C. is a really nice vet and thorough with my 2 dogs. Their groomer (whose name I can t remember.) Sorry! Had her work ahead of her on my 2 dogs. They Hadn t been cut in a year. She did a beautiful job. So glad I found her. Thank you everyone.

We ve been taking our dogs there since 2003 and I ve NEVER had one complaint!! Not one! Dr.Caffarini, Dr DeMoore and all the staff are absolutely amazing! Dr.Caffarini goes above and beyond!!

Evertone was GREAT! I forgot the Dr s name, but he was so fun and personable just like Dr Cafreni! The Vet tech in the room held my saint down like a champ when he was a bit crabby about his nail trim. Love you guys!

I love Lockport Animal Hospital. We have had all of our cats with Dr. Cafferini for over 20 years (even after we moved farther). He always takes as much time as needed to make sure that our pets have a thorough exam and he answers every question in detail. It s not a fancy facility, but it doesn t need to be. The staff at Lockport Animal Hospital is outstanding! I especially appreciate the time that Dr. Demoor spends to answer any questions or concerns that we have.

Mazie and I have always had good experiences at Lockport Animal Hospital. Mazie is the first dog I ve had who actually likes going to the vet, maybe it s because the whole staff treats her so lovingly.

For the future it would be courteous to inform people with scheduled appointments that there has been an emergency and the doctor will not be available for over an hour after the scheduled appointment. In my opinion I don’t think it’s necessary to give a dog a shot of an anti-inflammatory for an ear infection. The prescription pill form is probably just fine. My dogs ear was swabbed in the waiting area and was seen by the doctor for approximately five minutes. I was charged almost $200. I was outraged. For the record I was never even officially told by the doctor if my dog even had an ear infection. While I love the staff I don’t know if we’ll be back.

Lockport Animal Hospital was great! Friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarian. Brought in a stray cat I had caught in a trap on short notice and they were able to help and give it vaccines, wormers, flea treatment and basic check up pretty much immediately. Very Happy, can highly recommend this clinic.

As always, the staff was very welcoming to me and my pet. And the doctor that examine my pet was also caring and informed me and explained all that was need for my pet. Also, when leaving, the staff was kind and asked if I needed any help with my pet since there were other dogs in the waiting area. Great job everyone.
