I can’t be more happy with the service I get from the staff all the way to Dr Joe (Demoor)! They are all so helpful and caring! You are not just a number to them. They care about you and your pet and explain things for you to understand! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

With all due respect, I think you new groomer needs to be more receptive. Making two phone calls to synchronize appointments, making two payments (one of which had to be in cash or check) is very inconvenient. Not that I will discontinue using those services, but my SOP will be to schedule a grooming appointment, then see if the other services can be at the same time. Seems backward. It was much easier when your front desk could schedule both. Again, not a deal breaker. You guys are fantastic and I would not want anyone else taking care of my 4 legged family member!

I love this vet office. All staff are friendly and accommodating. This was an emergency visit and even made payment arrangements with me! They truly care about your pets and their well being.

It would be great if there was more parking space available - although I was able to park in the shopping center next door. It was a very busy day when we came in for our appointment - so it did seem like our visit was a little rushed - more than usual - I love the friendly staff here and I’m sure if I had asked more questions they would have taken the time.

Loved Dr. Demoor, he has always been a great help when it comes to my animals and always takes the time to care for each animal he meets and to explain what the exact situation is to the owner without sugar coating, which I love. The assistant, on the other hand, that had helped Dr.Demoor did not know how to handle my cat and made a comment that she was a nasty cat because she got scratched from holding her by her arms and neck. I love this veterinary office because of the veterinarian and the reliability but some comments shouldn’t be said.
