Vet was very gentle with Leo and very thorough.

I would like to be treated with respect, and most of all to treat Jasper the Cat with respect and care, to open his carrier to Take his blood to checks his inulin reading

Generally was a good experience, and I understand that it s a small, busy practice, but we did have to wait a while before meeting with the doctor, and felt a little bit rushed while we were talking.

I love this place!!! Everyone was polite and caring. I brought 4 birds in for a nail and wing trim. The vet did an amazing job and the tech was awesome as well. I highly recommend this place!!!

All staff were helpful, friendly and nice to me and my two cats. The two techs were very patient with my cranky pants cat, sitting on the floor and working around what my cat wanted and was willing to accept being done with her. Thank you!!!!

Mila, my GSD, had a swollen paw that she had been licking for the last three days and they were able to accommodate me a day after I called to make an appointment. Everybody was wonderful from start to finish!

Everything was great! The only suggestion I have is to modify the appointment reminder email; it still says When you arrive call us from the car, using the placard in your parking spot we will come get your pet. The email also repeats itself with a partial phrase, like someone started editing the email, but didn t complete it correctly.

Dr. Davenport was very thorough, patient and kind.

Pinion Animal Hospital is top notch all the doctors and staff are very professional and good. However, it appears that you have a high demand for your services and yet a slow response. When I call your office regarding a concern for my puppy and get a call back 5 hours later that’s totally unacceptable. Also I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before I actually was able to talk to someone and when I did, they scheduled me out 8 days to see a doctor. Please continue to hire more caring staff and doctors for such a demanding workload. Love this place but hate the lack of staffing support.

I ve liked Pinion Veterinary Hospital for a long time. I like the staff and how they handle my animals, my cats Tigar (passed now) and PK, current and now little LuLu, who is two months old. I do have to say I will be glad when she s about 6 or 7 months, but right now is a typical puppy, fast and curious.

We were very happy we took our baby to this clinic, he seemed less stressed than with the previous vet. The girl that was taking his blood (unfortunately we didn t get her name) was AMAZING!!! We loved her!
