Minimal time . Everyone in staff was kind and considerate to Kobe and I as usual. Can’t think of anything negative Lilly and Alexa and dr Jackson we’re all wonderful . Kobe is happy with his medication and is no longer scratching his poor ears . Caused by groomer plucking his ears.

The appt was non-stop chaos although it was scheduled as a drive up vaccine appt for two dogs. Check out during this last appt lacked coordination and attention for the next in line that I received received in the past. Things happen, I get it, but the last appt was stressful.

Telephone put on hold takes too long. Also there should be options for getting called back if there’s a cancellation? Other than that we’ve been going to Pinion for 4 years and we absolutely love the entire staff. Waiting to go in to see the vet we are entertained with the staffs interactions with the clients and especially the animals being brought in for treatment’s…

Staff were amazing and Dr.Thomas were amazing. I really appreciated that they were understanding that I had moved to Reno recently and needed to establish a new vet for my wee elderly Maltese. They took the time to request records from my wee one s previous vet, rather than running a battery of tests from the get go. I am very happy with Pinion and would highly recommend them. All staff were amazing and a special call out to Caitlyn who called me when they had a last minute cancelation as she knew I was anxious to get in to have Ella seen by the vet. Love this vet!
