Everyone at Pinion was wonderful!!

I don t know about the exam rooms, since I couldn t go in. In the future I m hoping I ll be able to accompany my dog during her appointment. Thank you.

Wait time for someone to come get my dog took a little longer than I expected since there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot and we were an early-ish appt. However, for the doctor to call me with exam results this time was MUCH faster than what I m used to...so all in all I m very happy with the quality of care we have received every time :)

Thank you I was very satisfied. Curbside was a bit unusual for me not to meet the Dr. In person but he was easy to communicate with and he answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel like I left with any unanswered questions. Thanks again for seeing me even though I arrived late, miscommunication of appointment time with my husband.

The service and staff are great but the waiting time for appointments is long. When I need faster service, I go to Delmonte Ranch Veterinarian.

I feel if we r a client when a pet needs to come in u should not charge an urhgent care fee. As a courtesy regular visit fee

With the continuation of Covid, would it be possible to have an outdoor meeting area so I could be involved and ask any question that may come up and also calm my dog. I would wear a mask, I m sure others would too.

I have always loved this vets office, they’ve always been so kind and never made me feel stupid like other places have. They’ve always listened to my concerns and bee absolutely wonderful.

Not sure how this 5 star rating works. The staff was very helpful. Dr.Davenport took a good deal of time to.address my concerns and told me my dog would have an alert on her chart for an emergency. Extremely reassuring. Five stars on all categories.

The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The doctor is very thorough and helpful. There is a long lead time to get an appointment but I suspect that s due to a shortage of staff and that Pinion is in high demand. I understand why. They re terrific.

Quigley had the two shots that were due and also two others that would be due next month. I agreed to that and I didn’t realize that I shouldn’t have because the next day he was very lethargic and hardly moved which was frightening.

My comment only the doctor don’t check the gender of my rabbit so they do surgery 2 times.

This practice is amazing since I came here, Dr Davenport and Dr Thomas are so amazing and do care for the fur babies

We understand the covid concerns but think it s time to start allowing limited people inside with pets.
