This survey cannot have ratings. 1st it was a long wait at 4pm. It was curbside only, ppl were nice, dr Tiffan Thomas called us to go over Maggie’s exam and vaccinations and helped us a lot. Physical contact is needed desperately.

I do not like being in the room like a prisoner. If we wear a mask that should be enough. Covid has gotten out if hand. It made me uncomfortable being treated as if I had the plague. My husband wants me to go elsewhere but for now it is convenient there. Please lighten up on the covid stuff. If people are afraid THEY can sit in the car and be treated as such.

Thank you Dr. Thomas for calling ASAP regarding the requested Xray... We were relieved. :-)

I can not wait till I can come in with my pet- it was Pepper s first trip to you- she is a puppy but I am still a new mommy and love my pets dearly. You always take good care of my dogs and for that I am thankful. Keep up the good work.

Really miss being able to be present when my dog is being examined. He’s a rescue I’ve had for almost 2 years.

Wrigley was picked up by staff via curbside and brought in for evaluation/exam so unable to answer the #6 question. We LOVE LOVE DR. DAVENPORT! He came highLY recommended by our groomers and several moms in South Reno Moms Facebook group and now we know why. Dr. Davenport is really knowledgeable and we learned many things about what Wrigley is going through that we never knew about before. We are establishing care with Pinion Vet because of Dr. Davenport. We know Wrigley is receiving the best care and is in the best hands. Dr. D rocks!

We all hope to be able to talk with all of you in the waiting room again and see our doctor

U don t know if the rooms were clean the vet tech was wonderful she handle jake just right.

This survey no longer applies. COVID guidelines has changed everything. The shortage of staff has also... getting an appointment in a timely manner is a thing of the past.

You all were great! I was planning to try three different vets for each of my dogs to see which I liked best but I was very happy with our appointment and will be scheduling my other dogs with you all. Special thanks to Amy for finding my husband s credit card in the parking lot and getting it back to me.

It would be great if furparents could accompany their furkids inside the building. Other vet clinics are allowing this again by escorting furparents directly to the exam room and requiring masks. Thank you for considering.

I was not allowed into the clinic due to the fear of the staff of a flu with a 99.99% survival rate. This is in reference to question 6. Reference to question 1 is that is two distinctly different questions, ie: it was NOT easy to make an appointment because the on line appointment maker would not allow me to take my ex husband OFF the account nor make the appointment, I had to call. Was the person friendly; YES, They were very helpful and actually took the ex s name off the account for me. Question 2. Wait time after calling was short BUT I did not like having to use my cell phone to call rather than being able to go in and tell the staff we had arrived. I do not give my cell number to businesses. 3. My main concern was his anxiety and screaming at me every so often for no reason and I was thinking it was dementia. This portion seemed to be put off as he as not exhibiting those symptoms at the time of visit.

As always, Dr. Davenport was very caring, kind and knowledgeable when he phoned with the exam results, and later, the lab results for my pet. I feel that my pet is in very good hands at Pinion Vet.
