Pinion has really stepped up to the Covid issues and the curbside service has really been fine tuned. The Pinion staff is always friendly, and professional. I love you gals..., and Dr. Davenport. Daisy and Taz say Hi, and thanks for taking great care of them too!

Don t know how clean the place was because we wait outside,but it looked clean.

I think all of you are terrific. Thank you to Dr. Thomas and everyone who helped Mosie. I only have one concern, that too many people waiting outside are not wearing masks and they are putting your technicians in harm s way because of it.

Don’t trust technology (mobile phones that go straight to voicemail) to communicate with pet owners. Drs. should go out the the car talk directly with the Pet owners so there can be an exchange of information. In my case being a new client, it would be more important to personally meet the Dr. That said, the Vet Tech. Was absolutely professional and personal. PS no call back on lab results, very disappointing

So not sure of the name of the veterinarian assistant was but he definitely needs more training. He wanted to use his lead which is fine but when Willow came out of the car she was nervous and tried to jump back in the car. At which point instead of releasing the lead he pulled back causing Willow to fall to the ground and landing on her side. Did not make me happy at all.

We appreciate the information that Dr. Davenport provided and his interest to make sure we understood the diagnosis of our dog.

Jerrald was great with my dogs! Always friendly, gentle and kind.

I just hope that this pandemic gets over soon, this year sometime, so things can go back to normal, so we can once again actually enter the building and see the people we are dealing with. I know we will get their, but for now just keep wearing your masks.

Pinion Veterinary Hospital is the best there is!!

They were kind and wonderful to our little fur baby. They are for sure our family vet now. They even called, emailed & texted us to assure all was going well after our appointment.

We have brought our 3 pets here and they always exceeded our expectations. Professional, courteous and overall an A+ amazing team! Thank you for the great care and for all that you do.

I can’t speak to the inside of the facility, but I was really welcomed by Amanda. It was our first appointment and I feel confidant that Gia was given good care. We look forward to developing a long relationship with Pinion Hospital.
