We did not see the exam rooms. Pet was picked up and returned to the car. Excellent service.

The staff member who took Oreo from/to the car was so warm, polite and pleasant to talk to that I felt extremely comfortable letting Oreo go with him. I knew Oreo was in good hands. He’s a great addition to your staff!

I was happy with my visit! Everyone was friendly and informative. Not sure how to answer about the rooms being clean due to Covid-19 and not able to go in.

A couple questions don t apply due to Covid restrictions. (Clean exam rooms, etc.)

We did not receive an estimate beforehand, although we Indicated our dog needed specific shots and his throat examined because of an odd sounding cough.

My dog is very nervous. The appointment last less than 10 minuets because of his demeanor. With such an animal it would be nice if we could be with the dog during the appointment. I m suggesting possible outside in a kennel with masks of course. Thank you for what you are doing.

I am not sure ou addressed the lump under Chis=cas left arm, I am still feeling a mass there, but want to wait a bit to determine since she is recently under surgery and have not seen results of surgery? Can you supply me with lab results pls? As to her EEG and the findings on any masses found?

It is very difficult to make an appointment since the hospital is very busy. Maybe start limiting the number of clients or add another vet.

Super great staff! My guinea pig gets his nails trimmed once a month and they’re always super quick and super sweet to him.

I think all of you are terrific. Thank you to Dr. Thomas and everyone who helped Mosie. I only have one concern, that too many people waiting outside are not wearing masks and they are putting your technicians in harm s way because of it.

Don’t trust technology (mobile phones that go straight to voicemail) to communicate with pet owners. Drs. should go out the the car talk directly with the Pet owners so there can be an exchange of information. In my case being a new client, it would be more important to personally meet the Dr. That said, the Vet Tech. Was absolutely professional and personal. PS no call back on lab results, very disappointing
