1. I d like to know the price of procedures and medications before they re done. I could ve gone without a couple things that were prescribed to my pet. 2. I understand social distancing and that it s important. But it seems unnecessary that people aren t able to enter the building with pets to talk face to face with the vet. Requiring facemasks should be sufficient. I will probably not be returning as long as the stay in the car mandate is in effect, because I believe this provides subpar care and miscommunication between vet and owner.

I appreciate the precautions taken to deal with the pandemic.

Outstanding service

We have bee battling a skin issue on Zelda for months now. Condition persists and staff appears unable to diagnose/treat issue. Zelda now has large sore on chin that does not want to heal. doctor recommeded that we see dermatoogist.... have appt in Oct, but am dissapointed that Zelda has to deal with this till then... don understantd why Pinion is unable to diagose/treat this condition.

Most vets in town are allowing owners to accompany pets into the office with a mask. Hope Pinion will soon allow it too.

I just wish I could have seen Dr Davenport. But I understand all the precautions! We love you guys and recommend you often!

I did not see or experience an exam room because I was served curbside.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Dr. Davenport is great helping me know how to take care of my aging pets. I very much appreciate Pinion.

It was more expensive than thought for ear cleaning. Dr. Davenport did spend time on the phone explaining to us our dogs condition. We’ve been going to Pinion for a couple of years now and love their service and staff.

Never saw a doctor. Never saw the inside of the building. After I brought Sandy home she was very lethargic and threw up twice. This is the second time this has happened. Called to question what they gave her while trimming her nails.. didn t know for sure...? How do we fix the problem when they don t know what they fed her?????

I have been bringing my pets here for years,and will continue to bring them,, the Dr or drs, are great with all my baby s,, they explain every thing to you from start to finish,, if I could they would get more than a five star, they all are the best ,,, thank you so much for taking care of all my baby s,,,

COVID-19 didn’t allow me to go into the building. I was pleased having the doctor call and explain the details. The person who took payment didn’t know if I was going to receive 0% on my CareCredit that I’d have liked. Overall, it was refreshing knowing the doctor took a sample and sent it in when my last vet didn’t

I have been a doggy mommy for over 25 years. I have used Pinion Animal Hospital hundreds of times and each time I have been satisfied with the in office staff, the doctors and the facility. I gave them five stars

Very pleased with the opportunity to get my dog in the same day I called, even with the emergency charge. I think you system is working well, and your employees are very helpful.

Great customer service everybody there was very nice. I really like that the doctor took the time to give me a call on the phone to talk to me about the pets it was very nice. And also they even checked up on the animals after everything the next day and thank you so much

I have been to the vet a few times but the only thing that concerns me is that I have been there twice for the same thing ( ear infection) and I was charged a different amount. I was charged this visit for my dogs ear cleaning but last time I was not charged. Also, in April the dogs were there and Nala got her yearly exam and then they I was charged again in August for another yearly exam. Consistency is key.

Some of these concerns are because I had to wait in my car with my kitties. I have no air conditioning and it was very hot. I was asked to arrive early but y’all were running late. I didn’t get to see the Dr. or the exam rooms. I realize you’re trying to be CDC Covid compliant. You are all lovely, but the appointment was awful, and then I was given estimates for dental work that would run around $2000.00. I cried all the way home and was sick from heat exhaustion.

It was good. I really appreciated the assistant bringing out an I pad so I could air drop a short video that helped show Mittens symptoms. Thanks everyone.

Although my service was great this time, I dislike the communication between assistant and Dr. with drive up servises Not seeing the Dr on visits makes for difficult communication of symptoms when trying to diagnose new problem.
