This is the best veterinary facility I’ve worked with. Everyone goes out of their way to help and Dr. Davenport is the very best!! I would recommend highly!

I was very pleased with the care and attention we received from the tech who talked with us in the parking lot and the doctor who examined Dillon. Everyone was very nice, took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable.

ALL the staff was very nice, very caring and kind. They explained everything and listened to all my questions and concerns.

Price was high for the service I got an estimate on.

The veterinarian, Dr. Thomas, was delightful, extremely helpful, but the overall experience with the staff was terrible. I was told you were running slightly behind, then I ended up waiting in the car for over an hour until I was seen. I understand running late but the attitude of the staff was impatient and aloof. I did not feel the health of my pets were their concern as it very much should have been. I am hesitant to return, though I love the care Dr. Thomas provides.

I come out from Spanish Springs because this is an amazing clinic. Staff is always professional and courteous and Doctor Davenport is amazing. Where now bringing our 4th generation of dog to him. Also you folks have done a great job of handling the pandemic protocol.One of the better set ups I have seen

It was expensive. Nobody liked the results.

The technician who came to our car to pick up our dog was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very impressed with her and, of course, we can t say enough about Dr. Davenport. In spite of his extremely busy schedule he took time to see our dog and called us that night with instructions re medication, etc. He has been our Vet for approximately 38 years and, to us, he is irreplaceable.

Everything was great! Though the wait time was longer than anticipated, it was completely understandable given the circumstances and extra Covid precautionary measures which are appreciated. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Tough to make an appointment for a concerning ear infection (took two calls and persistent insisting it could not wait through the weekend). Once we were there, they took great and thorough care of my girl and explained all my options for treatment. She is now on the mend!!

I cannot think of another place I ve done business where the staff is more full of joy. I literally gave a better day after just calling to make an appointment for my dog. This vet is the furthest from where I live, but worth every mile. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Nevada. Good job girls!

I personally trust Dr. Jackson completely with my pets, ones that have come and gone and those that are still here. The techs are always fantastic and patient and answer any and all questions I have, no matter how silly.
