Tech I met curbside was friendly and careful with my small dog. Spoke with Vet on phone. Dr Jackson seemed friendly and knowledgeable and caring.

Wasn’t let into exam room so no comment there. Nor did we talk to vet. Waited for about 10-15 min past our appt time.

Thank you for your help during a challenging time. You are doing a superb job.

Considering the COVID 19 situation, I don t think you could do any better.

My dog wouldn t stop barking at the staff and wouldn t let anyone handle her. I really thought I wouldn t be able to get her vaccines. However with a persistent loving staff they eventually got her in the building and were able to examine her and give her the shots she needed. I was very anxious not knowing what was going on as I had to stay outside because of covid. My anxiety instantly went away when they brought her back outside to me. I m so grateful that they did turn us away considering how hard she was to handle.

We like your practice and have always had good care for both Abby and more recently, Willow. Thank you.

I was called and notified about Alita-Lue s flu shot due and so I went ahead and made an appoinment!.. I waited for 1 hour to be told her last flu shot was over due... You wasted 1 hour of my time and called me for this appointment ( was clearly stated she had time when appointment was made.. I did not call for this appointment) Very unprofessional and I m very disappointed.. maybe someone needs to pay attention to dates before mistakes are made and business goes else where.

I am always pleased with the vets and their staff.

Having the pet scale by front door and in front of check-out counter is UNSAFE especially for ones with impaired vision. For me I tripped on it upon entering office, caught my balance. I could have been injured.

On time (very important) and made time to talk about issues and concerns. Did not mind waiting in car. Less stressful for me.

Given the current environment, everything was good.

Dr. Davenport went out of his way to check our 2 shih tzus. He has been our veterinarian for approximately 37 years and we value his opinion because he is very knowledgeable and compassionate which was is important to us.

I was told Fabio couldn t receive any more furosemide unless he came in for a check-up. When he was picked up from the car I was told he had to have a rabies vaccine or else no check-up and no heart meds. When Dr.Thomad called I was told he had to have a blood test/electrolytes test or no exam, no heart meds. Do you see a pattern here? I had to leave in a hurry because he started panting and his breathing was way too fast. He has a heart condition and this is so threatening to him. I felt like he was hostage to a protocol that is threatening to him and that s very $cary for both of us.

I did not like that I could go in with Stinky

I don t know about the exam rooms because we don t go in anymore. Overall, very satisfied with the dental cleaning visit.

Kelsey was amazing in helping us through a mask at the car - and dealing with pet owner emotions. She really is an asset to the clinic. Dr. Thomas...as always...so grounded, solid, compassionate and easy to work with. THANK YOU ALL for taking such good care of Bright Eyes Stone.

Not having anyone answer the phone or call me back was unacceptable.

Not sure about the exam rooms as of the COVID procedure in place. But they have always been before. I really like and trust this place with my furbabies lives.

If you are taking new business you should expand your infrastructure or you ll lose clients to your competitors.

Did not go inside the clinic do do not know about the condition of the exam room.

It took longer than expected. However we understand given the circumstances. Hopefully next year things will be back to normal. Overall, we are pleased with the service we received.
