Waited an hour for the appointment

We did not go into the building so can’t speak to cleanliness, but staff was very helpful, punctual, informative and kind. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the curb side service, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went!

Everything was great.

I understand with chinavirus society changes are needed. However, I did as instructed on the sign when I pulled in. Phone was busy, busy, busy, busy, finally 6th try got office voicemail. left a message with all info, waited in parking lot for 45 minutes before flagging down staff. Then a HUGE quote for a minor surgery.

Curbside service- worked well.

Front desk needs a bit more training if new. I checked in 3 pets over the phone and the front desk person confirmed and checked all 3 in but only took 1 pet. Other 2 pets weren’t properly checked in and waited an extra hour to be seen

This visit was for two physicals, vaccinations and heartworm tests for my two dogs.we had to wait in the car while the dogs were treated inside and brought out. Dr. Thomas called to see if I had questions. Smooth process given complexities of maintaining COVID-19 protocols. Five stars ***** all around!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of this practice and of all the team members. At a time of chaos in our world, Pinion Veterinary Hospital has everything under control. Many thanks to Dr. Thomas for the care and interest she exhibited on the phone. She has a kind, calming demeanor. Thanks also to the great staff as they carhopped effortlessly and with great attention to every detail. The service rendered was so very fairly priced, and there was no pressure to go beyond what was deemed necessary. Dito is so blessed to have his little paws in your competent hands.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The vets are compassionate for animals and very easy to talk to and down to earth! Keep being awesome.

We arrived at 1:35 for our 2:00 appt and waited until 2:30 until someone came and told us why there was such a long wait. Would have been good if someone came out sooner!!!!!

Other than the typical wait in any Doctor s office, outstanding - better than excellent.

Our appointment was at 4:30 and we were not seen until 5:00pm. That is a bit long to have to wait, especially when we were adjusting work schedules for the appointment.

We really felt comfortable and well taken care of by the staff and doctor. Our dogs can be a handful so we always appreciate the extra patience and effort it takes in making them feel more at ease. Thank you!!

The staff was friendly and interacted with my pet. I thought that was very special! Our vet, Dr. Jennifer Jackson, is extremely knowledgeable about ferrets and went out of her way to research how much oil to give to them daily. She is great about giving us the options of possible tests to find the root cause of our pet s problem and letting us decide which tests to have performed after informing us thoroughly on what the tests entail. I have total confidence in her work.

Just since I’ve worked there, I feel like I’m more critical, but I would like to mention. I went into 2 paw and the room was NOT clean. There was urine and dog fur on the floor from the previous pet. The front desk lady who I don’t know or recognize didn’t even attempt to clean it, she literally pushed the fur into the corner of room. I understand people get busy, but if I was still working there I know I would’ve gotten a firm reprimand from my co workers. Please take the time to clean the room fully before a new client enters with their pet. It should be protocol. Sweep the room and clean the table. Other than that everything else was great. The older lady who worked the front desk went out of her way to put me down in front of others and was rude to the younger coworker working the front desk. The older woman was extremely knowledgeable about her job, but was very passive-aggressive and had no patience with her coworker. I wanted to get the heart worm medicine and tick medicine, but did not know whether I had enough money and I needed to know the cost. I asked her to “calculate everything” so I could see whether I had enough money. She took 15 minutes to number crunch and then handed me a piece of paper with a price that was about $245. I could afford that so I said I would get it. Then she took about her 15 minutes to get the prescription and process everything. She then handed me a piece of paper with nearly $500 worth of charges. She was haughty with me and said, well of course I had to add the exam. This was a simple misunderstanding on both sides. When I said everything I meant everything. She just thought I meant the medicine. So, I wasn’t made at that for misunderstanding, but she made it clear that she was mad at me and she blamed me for there now being a line and she made fun of me through facial expressions with a very big male customer standing to the left side of me. She had me apologizing, but really she owes me an apology. Everyone else who works there is perfect.
