As always, everyone at Pinion was great during our last visit. We continue to be happy bringing January to see Dr. Thomas and all of the staff there. Thanks for the kindness and great care! p.s. I rate Q2 lower because we waited a bit to see the Doctor, however, we were a same day appointment and it seemed busy with a lot going on - it was not a big deal and understandable.

Very happy with your care and service! I cannot remember my vets name - sorry. She was a young woman, very caring. She sat down and listened to me and took excellent care of my loud grouchy cat. You are my new vet!!

The wait time was very long. I was there one hour for a bordetella vaccine and for 2 dogs to get toenails clipped and annual glands expressed. I was expected to be 10 minutes early or they could cancel the appointment. I think they should respect my time the way they expect the customers to respect theirs. If they are running behind they could call and adjust the appointment time.

Always make us feel welcome and appreciated and are very kind to our dog.

This is an incredible practice with a wonderful staff and a wonderful set of doctors. I will never leave their care now that I have found them.

Rebecca and Dr. Thomas were friendly and caring toward my dog.

Don’t make appointments for Friday’s. IF dr. is running behind due to an emergency, keep us updated more than once.

I would suggest that when doctors call clients with information about their pet they should use a phone with Caller ID that shows it s Pinion Vet calling. In this age of robo calls, I rarely answer a phone call unless I know who is calling. If I miss the doctor s call and want to talk to them, it becomes a game of phone tag. This could be avoided if the client knows it s the vet calling. Just a thought...

This was my first visit and I intend to make this our only place for veterinary services. I could not have been happier with the experience. I was not an existing client, but they fit me in when my vet of 15 years would not. Wish I would have come her first 15 years ago!

We had an amazing visit walked away learning more then what we already knew! The staff was friendly and welcoming!!
