I have a rescue pittie and the tech as well as Dr. Thomas were wonderful with her. I hate to bring her in as I am worried about how she may respond, but they truly put me at ease. She is dog reactive and they made sure I could bring her in safely.

I believe it’s imperative that you let people know ahead of time about the blood work and the extra fees that are possible. So that you don’t shock them when the final bill comes due. You should tell them on the phone before they get to the office please. It’s not $395 or 425. It’s more like $600.

Your staff is lovely. The lady at the front desk with the bulldog is so friendly and welcoming. The tech was very sweet and answered my questions. As always, Dr. Jackson is amazing and fixed the issue. I could not believe how quickly your team got Charlie in and fixed the issue. Every person at your office made us feel like you truly care. Thank you so much for extended the best care to Charlie.

It was easy to make an appointment. I got there ten minutes early but was not seen until at least 20 minutes after my appointment time. I thought our vet tech was very nice, but my pets were seen by Dr. Reddy, and if we return to this clinic, I do not wish to see him again. He did not seem very empathetic towards me or my cats, provided very little explanation to what he was doing or seeing and kept mumbling to himself, seemed like he was trying to speed through the appointment, and overall lacked the kindness that I m hoping to see in my vet. Asked me as he was actively leaving the room if I had any questions. I will say you guys had good prices for all the treatments my cats received.

Our Great Dane is a Covid baby so he is socially anxious and gets aggressive with strangers, it’s quite embarrassing. The staff understood this and treated him with the same Love and care as a well mannered puppy. They were extremely thorough and helpful towards him and to us. Our Dog is now on a healthy path back to normalcy after being diagnosed with an ear infection and allergy issue. Thank you staff and thank you Doc, From Tank

When I asked to explain something I didn t understand, the person explained it again and made sure I understood.

Please get air conditioning just renovate the building because it’s extremely uncomfortable to sit in The veterinarian that saw my dog did not explain any hypotheses or conclusions as to the cause of the symptoms that I brought my dog in for (a basic ear infection), and I was preoccupied trying to keep my baby calm (as is usual for dogs on vet visits) so also forgot to ask, but I’d hope that in the future suggestions or ideas as to how to prevent the cause might be taken. Thank you and I appreciate your service.
