Last two times I’ve had a curbside vaccination appointment I had to wait well past the scheduled time. The last time I requested that they trim the nails and that didn’t happen.

No estimate was given, I was just presented with the final bill. Did not see neither the dictor not the exam room as it was a no contact appointment. I had to wait a long time for my dog to be seen even though I had an appointment.

We have been taking our pets to Pinion for many years and have always been happy with all the staff. Everyone is very caring for the pets and customer service is great. I definitely recommend Pinion as they take care of a variety of animals big and small.

I will be looking for a new Vet. I brought Luna in for her first visit only because we needed her nails clipped. When she was brought back into the room, I was told that they could not cut her nails. When I asked if any were able to be cut, I was told no. Because she was to stressed and she tried to bite. When we got home, I noticed one her nails was bleeding and upon further examination the nail was cut down to the wick. What makes me upset is that I was lied to. When I asked if any of her nails had been cut, I was told no. Yet that was untrue. I do not blame Luna for trying to bite as her wick was cut, which I would assume hurt her. Accidents happen, but lying to me about it, is just unacceptable. It would be in the best interest of the vet to refund my $55.00, as the customer service I received was poor. Tina Brackett

I d suggest NOT scheduling small animal/birds and exotic pets appointments on surgery days especially afternoon appointments when pet parents will be coming to pick up their pets. Creates long delays both in the general waiting area and in exam rooms. I will make sure to ask for another day if possible when I schedule my well bird exam.

Great service! Amazing . Dr Jackson helped my bird Max in such a,kind and calming way . I can’t thank her enough . He is happy moving around like new. Blessed to have Pinion and the staff there.

When someone calls regarding a possible blockage and you are unable to do the procedure necessary, why not send them to the emergency hospital instead of causing them to go to two separate places and incur more charges than needed. Especially in a stressful situation. Very disappointed in my experience.

Everyone really liked Copper and he was a very good boy. As a reward, your staff asked if he could have a cookie. Of course I said yes. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome staff…

some confusion after my husband called and they forgot that he was waiting for a tech to come and grab Sallie. Also, the tech asked if I wanted more Heartguard but only brought out 6 months. but isn t it less expensive if you buy a years supply? We had already been waiting long enough, I just wanted to get back home. Last year, I only bought one pack because Sally had gone up in weight.

I love you guys, and my dogs love you guys. I’ve never had any issues, and all of the staff is amazing. Thank you for all you do!!

Dr. Jackson and her staff had so much compassion for Faith and myself. They were so gentle and took the time to pet Faith and went beyond to ease her tension which eased my anxiety. They are wonderful.

Normally not an issue, but sitting in the car in 104° with marginal a/c wasn t very pleasant during a vacs appt, twice (one for each dog). I received an estimate for dental cleaning and the cost was 3x the previous one with added 2-3 extractions??? without X-ray confirmation and some other misc stuff. I can t afford $1700-$2000 for dental cleaning and certainly don t want unnecessary extractions (8-yr old dog with two previous dentals, this would be a third dental cleaning).

Pinion is the absolute best. Marian was incredibly helpful in setting up the appointment for us-Dr. Jackson is the best veterinarian in Reno. This appointment was a great experience for us just like all out appointments over the past eight years- We couldn t be happier

parking is difficult

I tried the park and wait method of getting shots for my cat.i waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes before they came to get her. By the time i got her back (blood draw was unsuccessful) i was in my car 1 hour and 10 minutes. This is the second time i tried this shot idea. Both times the wait in the parking lot was an hour or more. That system is not working.
